Consultation Call

A brief phone call to talk about what brings you to therapy and your goals. You can ask questions to see if we are the right fit before booking your first appointment

First Appointment

You will first complete your intake paperwork before the scheduled appointment. We will meet in person or online to explore your lived experiences and co-create a plan that resonates with you.

Ongoing Support

We will meet regularly, whether weekly or biweekly, to build on what we have discussed, adjust your plan as needed, and work toward greater peace in your life.
